- My first love is the Lord. I read His word daily and consider the Bible my road map for life. I tried life the worlds way. It never brought me happiness. My life is so blessed.
I love readng. One of my passions has become collecting old books. I not sure where to put them all. I have baskets of books everywhere.
I love flower gardens. I cannot wait until I have more time to devote to my roses. Right now the kids are my roses.
I love quilts, sewing, crafts, Old Country Roses china.
My dream would be to someday live in an old Victorian home. I would really love to collect tea pots, china, antiques, but money is really tight. Some thing are more important than things. God entrusted these kids to us. They grow up so fast. There are just to many more important places to put God's resources.

- Well I'm a 56 year old grandma, guardian of two grandkids. I am homeschooling. I must be nuts !!!
After raising five kids and being a preschool teacher in California for almost twenty-five years. Well, life changed when the little ones moved in seven, no, almost eight years ago now.
My husband and I thought we had built our retirement home in California. We thought we would travel and do all the hobbies we waited so long to do. Life happens !!!! God had another plan.
Besides homeschooling we are also being drawn into today political climate. This has lead to a MAJOR study of the History of America and the Political Process.
